Pixel Deep (Senior Art Director)
As a Senior Art Director, I collaborate with global brands to deliver top-tier art and digital assets for clients worldwide, often under tight deadlines. I lead creative discussions with our teams, focusing on project goals and championing values and design solutions. I manage a diverse team of designers, overseeing workflow and fostering personal development across various levels, backgrounds, and languages. Additionally, I design and implement systems to ensure efficient, high-quality output. I ensure all projects meet strict deadlines and launch schedules while maintaining brand assets for Pixel Deep.
2012 ––
Blimp Creative (Co-founder)
As Co-founder at Blimp Creative, I oversaw and collaborated with clients on web, branding, and e-commerce solutions. I led remote teams across various languages to build web and brand solutions throughout Australia, Europe, and APAC. Responsible for both creative strategy and hands-on execution, I achieved significant results for a diverse clients, including, Taiwan clothing retailer Threegun, Guam Tourism, and the Sydney Morning Herald, Discovery among many others.

Freelance
Consulting and working with agencies and clients to service creative solutions across web, print and marketing. A highlight was having concepts chose and used by The Taiwan Department of Agriculture for their web portal.

Web Designer (Hess International)
As Web design lead, I created and managed campaigns for print and digital assets for events and branding. I led and developed campaigns for international travel promotions, educational events, and more. Additionally, I managed and supported a network of over 500 teachers through intranet and web services, collaborating with multinational teams to achieve marketing goals.

Hess International (ESOL Teacher)
Teaching English as a second language, I served as both a teacher and team leader. I coordinated large teams of teachers and administrative staff, managing schedules and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of students.

Junior design role, working with clients throughout the Hunter Valley. We specialized in providing bespoke packaging and branding solutions. Mainly focused on print design and the addition of website design.
